Gratifying Herbal Blends Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Because our products are handcrafted, organic, and consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Custom blends and personalized orders are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace or refund the item.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product (if eligible) is received.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Store Credit Option
- In certain cases, we may offer store credit for future purchases instead of a direct refund.
