Gratifying Herbal Blends Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Because our products are handcrafted, organic, and consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
  • Custom blends and personalized orders are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace or refund the item.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product (if eligible) is received.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Store Credit Option

  • In certain cases, we may offer store credit for future purchases instead of a direct refund.
