Processing Times

 

  • Orders are processed on our designated business days: Tuesdays and Fridays. (Saturday shipping may be offered as an additional option for catch-up orders.)
  • Custom blends may take an additional 2–3 business days to prepare before shipping.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates

  • A standard flat shipping fee applies to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly noted on our website or through special offers.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All orders are shipped via USPS or through shipping tools provided by our online store platform.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
  • Delivery times may vary based on postal service conditions, weather, or holiday delays.
  • Gratifying Herbal Blends, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by USPS.

Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Local pickup and delivery options are available upon request and will be arranged directly with the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they are in the hands of USPS or another carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping fees.
